• Property damage assessment
• Emergency plumbing services

3. Service Commitments

• 45-minute response time within the Greater Montreal Area area
• 24/7 emergency service availability
• Licensed and insured professionals
• Compliance with industry standards
• Use of professional-grade equipment

4. Payment Terms

• Direct insurance billing when applicable
• Transparent pricing and detailed quotes
• Payment is required upon service completion
• Multiple payment methods accepted
• Emergency service fees may apply

5. Service Warranty

We stand behind our work with a comprehensive service warranty. Specific warranty terms will be provided with each service agreement. All work is performed to industry standards and local building codes.

6. Liability and Insurance

While we maintain comprehensive insurance coverage, property owners are responsible for maintaining their own insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damages not directly related to our services.

7. Cancellation Policy

Emergency services cannot be cancelled once work has begun. For scheduled services, 24-hour notice is required for cancellation. Cancellation fees may apply for late cancellations.

8. Property Access

By engaging our services, you grant us necessary access to your property to perform the required work. We will respect your property and follow all safety protocols.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action. All services are governed by Ontario law.
